I wish someone took a video of the look on my face when they called my name at the Top Ten Grand Reveal Event today. I had apparently stood unmoving for awhile before it registered in my brain and then I had to get to the stage.

How did I get here? x.x

 I wasn’t feeling quite great tonight, and then I see this. Made me smile. Your timing is IMPECCABLE, bb! <3 Thank you~! 

So there I was, wondering where this flood of comments was coming from in my Cosplay.com inbox, when one of the commenters congratulated me on my showcase. …showcase? x.x And then I peeked at the front page and…OMG. O_O

Last night, my family prayed the rosary in my mother’s room. Shortly after we finished, a powerful scent of roses flooded her room.

There were no flowers (except for the artificial kind) in the house. At first, my siblings and I wouldn’t believe my mom from where she was in her room (we were all downstairs), but when we approached her door, the scent met us so strongly that there was just no denying it was there.

The scent got even stronger and started going into my room next door, until it occupied most of the house. The scent had no origin indoors or outdoors (we live in a compound, all the other families were well asleep by then).

The flowery scent persisted for thirty minutes or so, before slowly wafting away. :)

I’ve been watching this, Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (1997). When I was little I watched this movie over and over on VHS. Now that I’m older, I’ve realized the following:

1. Most of my ideas about romance/dreaming still come from this movie. 

2. I was too young to actually notice back then, but Paolo Montalban really IS very handsome. (it’s also just my opinion, but I think he acted better in this movie than Brandy did.)

3. Bernadette Peters is a FABULOUS, FABULOUS woman. (also, she’s actually more beautiful than her “daughters” in this movie.)

4. I STILL KNOW THE LYRICS TO THE SONGS.

The copy I got is pretty bad and grainy…I was thinking of ordering a brand new copy in the form of a DVD from Amazon. XD
